the so-called 'superior king room' was shockingly small and made me feel like I was staying in a closet. it was embarrassing to find a dirty shower, too. you would think they would elevate their game for paying guests like me, but here we are. truly pathetic, and do not even get me started on the lack of a welcome gift.
