The room was newly decorated and good-sized, I had very comfortable experience.
The staff were helpful and amicable and check-in was easy. Location: the hotel was adjacent to buses stop outside and Pairc Ui Chaoimh. I found there lots of restaurants to eat, like Rose Garden Douglas that is only 10 minutes' walk away. Everything was simply perfectly fine...

It was a nicely decorated hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was excellent, around 10-15 minutes walk from Douglas. You could walk to shopping centres and a supermarket.

A comfortable stay with a clean and spacious Superior King Room! Perfect location near Douglas Village, with great dining and shops within walking distance. The host provides helpful local tips, especially about the bus to the city center. Be mindful of the limited parking spots, but alternatives are available!

While my stay had some positives, there were issues that really detracted from my experience. The parking situation was a hassle due to limited spaces, forcing us to use the bank parking next door. The noise from adjoining rooms was quite noticeable.

The so-called 'superior king room' was shockingly small. It was embarrassing to find a dirty shower, too. You would think they would elevate their game for paying guests like me, but here we are. Truly pathetic, and do not even get me started on the lack of a welcome gift.

The room was very clean and spacious, offering great hot water pressure. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Douglas Village where we found lovely shops and excellent dining options. Our host, Rose, was friendly and provided excellent tips, made navigating the area easy. We especially appreciated how close the bus stop was, great to easily reach the city center within just 12 minutes.
We faced some inconvenience with the limited parking spaces available.
